This third story in the engaging Natchez Trace Series brings to life the story of another of the O’Shea brothers, Caleb.  Although the third in the series, this story can be read as a standalone.  This story is filled with danger, excitement, murder, mystery, and romance.  It also shows the pain between brothers torn apart.  Even though this story has a bit of violence, it is not graphic and is essential in portraying the kind of life the people in the story lived and the evil men that surrounded them.  The author, Pam Hillman, has beautifully researched the setting of her story and it shows in this delightful tale. Readers will be sure to be pulled back in time in this thrilling Natchez Trace historical romance.
