About the BookA reluctant heiress. A driven contractor. An abandoned house in want of a family. CPA Everley Scott knows exactly what she wants. Status quo. But when her inheritance of Moreland, an 1846 manor house, is at risk of being razed, she agrees to fulfill her mother’s final wishes to restore the house to its former glory and hire her contractor of choice. Historic restoration specialist, Gabe Bellevue, is in need of a big contract to buoy his reputation as New Orleans’ go-to guy. Stunned at his hefty price, Everley is cornered into involving a high-profile production company that offers funding in return for rights to film the project. Production’s strict schedule pressures Gabe to rush the job, but his refusal could cost him the deal of a lifetime … and his last shot at satisfying unrequited love for Everley—his high school crush. The discovery of an impassioned plea penned in the 1800’s by a former Moreland heiress might be the key to unlock Everley’s heart and enable her to embrace the historic treasure. Especially when it comes with a highly capable—and increasingly irresistible—contractor. Will Moreland, once again, enjoy the sound of love and laughter within its walls? About the AuthorMary A. Felkins is an inspirational romance author, blogger, contributor to writer's blogs She is a member of the American Christian Fiction Writers and My Book Therapy. Raised in Houston, Texas (and forever a Lone Star girl), Mary and her husband Bruce moved to the foothills of North Carolina in 1997. They have four young adult children. She can be lured from her desk if presented with a large, unopened bag of Peanut M&Ms. A surprise appearance by her teen idol, Donny Osmond, would also do the trick, although she’d likely pass out. If she likes your first or last name, expect to see it show up in one of her novels. ReviewYou are the Reason is the first book in The Heart of Moreland Manor series and is a sweet second chance romance story. Different readers may react to the story differently as some readers will love the premise of the story, as it has the appeal and feel of a Hallmark movie, where on the other hand, there may be some readers that find the story hard to get into with it moving a bit slow and characters hard to connect to. I would recommend this story to readers that enjoy contemporary romance.

After being fed a steady diet of books, she decided to learn about writing. The result was a bachelor's degree in English and History. When she isn't dreaming up a happy ending for a story, she's busy living her own together with her husband and adorable children. Reviewhe Dreaming Beauty by Anneka R. Walker is a captivating regency romance with a fairytale twist. With a dual point of view, the story goes back and forth between Marcus Taylor (brother to a baron) and Tansy White. Both are in search of answers to haunting dreams, as well as friendship. Magical, whimsical, and romantic, this story builds from friendship to love, in addition to discovering oneself. Readers will definitely not want to miss out on this beautiful and sweet story.

Hailey Thomas is perfectly content living a quiet life as a second-grade teacher. She’s definitely not looking for a husband. But when one of her students can’t stop bragging about her single dad, she decides to do some sleuthing and what she finds turns her into a part-time internet stalker, complete with daydreams she can never admit to. When the object of her research shows up at her school and accuses her of scheming with his eight year-old daughter, she vows to put an end to all of it and avoid him at all costs. Ford Whittaker may be a wealthy businessman and ridiculously handsome single dad, but he’s definitely not the man she’d imaged he was. Only, avoiding Ford is becoming impossible thanks to her honorary uncle, her four best friends, and the daughter that actually is a schemer. Every week it’s something new, and the more they get thrown together, the more Hailey wonders if maybe she’d been a little bit lonelier than she realized. And maybe Ford was too. Class Act is a closed-door, sweet and swoony romance, with all the sizzle and no explicit content. About the AuthorAspen Hadley loves nothing more than a great story. She has devoted herself to story-telling for the majority of her life, writing her first novel at her kitchen table in the 8th grade. Aspen writes what she wants to read: clean, sassy, romantic comedy novels that give you a break from real life and leave you feeling happy. Outside of writing, Aspen's number one hobby is reading. Number two is sneaking chocolate into and out of her private stash without being caught. Other favorite things include: playing the piano, listening to classic rock, telling jokes around the dinner table, eating ice cream, traveling, a good case of the giggles, and riding on ATVs over the trails around her home in Utah. Aspen shares her life with a patient husband, 4 hilarious children, and 1 grumpy dog in a quiet suburb next to her beloved mountains. Given the choice she would road trip her life away, singing along to the radio and sleeping in every morning. ReviewAuthor Aspen Hadley has written the sweetest and swoony romcom in her novel, Class Act.
A charming story with multiple tropes including: teacher/parent, single dad, and enemies to lovers relationships. Readers will quickly fall in love and come to adore the characters in this story. Introverts especially will connect with the main character in the story. A light, easy, quick, and happy story that readers will not want to put down. It should not have come as a surprise to school Teacher Adelyn Ormond when she was jilted at the altar, Promises are meant to be broken. When her supervisor tasks her with galvanizing support for a local food bank, she directs her energy toward the underprivileged in her community—some of whom are her own students. Problem is, the responsibility requires her to involve celebrity chef, Bryan J. Carlyle, her almost-husband whose participation assures great results. For all his success, Bryan hasn’t come up with a recipe for how to be restored to his family. Doesn’t help that abandoning Adelyn threatens to spoil his reputation and ruin his career. But when he encounters hungry children scrounging for food behind his restaurant, he agrees to get behind Adelyn’s worthy cause. The collaboration with Adelyn might shed light on the incriminating image he’d discovered minutes before the ceremony—her lip-locked with another man after the rehearsal dinner. Can Adelyn trust Bryan to make good on his promise—without risking her heart? Will the love that led them to the altar be the key ingredient for reconciliation? Maybe. But his absence on the big day to which he’d committed might be beyond forgiveness. About the AuthorMary A.
