Today I am going to post a line from

The First Gift
by Ruth Logan Herne.

Can I just say I absolutely LOVE Ruthy's books!  They are fun and beautifully written.  And of course I HIGHLY recommend them  You will definitely get attached to all her fabulous characters.

And I am totally going to #fangirl for a minute.  I got to meet Ruthy at CFRR this summer.  It was soooo cool.  I had been wanting to meet Ruthy for a while and CFRR presented the perfect opportunity.  I liked Ruthy before, but oh my, I absolutely LOVE her even more in person!!

Better late than never right? He he! My weekend took some unexpected (but good) turns. "There is a distinct difference between a heroine with a promised happy ending and a prodigal who must design her own." The Thorn Keeper by Pepper Basham
