Review

An Informal Date by Heather Gray
Heather Gray has written a rich and sweet contemporary romance novella in An Informal Date.  This story has two delightful lead characters, as well as fun supporting characters that bring to life this story.  The main backdrop is a hospital where Kimi works at a coffee kiosk and Owen is a research scientist.  This story brings to life how these two unlikely people’s lives cross paths and how they fall in love.

Operation Back-to School by Elizabeth Maddrey
Elizabeth Maddrey has created a fun story of a widowed mother, Shannon Cross that ends up dating one of her little girl’s teacher.  It is about family and friendship and how sometimes romance comes when we least expect it.  A fun sweet story that readers will thoroughly enjoy.

A (Sorta) Southern Serenade by Krista Phillips
Krista Phillips has written a cute and delightful romance about an unlikely couple.  First impressions are not always everything.  When Kendra and Josh meet, their first impressions of each other are not what they should be.  But circumstances bring them together again and they decide to give each other a second chance and somewhere along the way they fall in love.  A delightfully sweet and enjoyable novella that readers will thoroughly enjoy!

Learning from Experience by Ginger Solomon
Lexi Ross was wrongly accused of a crime when she was younger.  She escaped that past.  Or at least she thought she had.  Now she must choose to embrace the pains of the past and overcome them and find love, or be consumed by pain and misery.  A cute story about overcoming a hurtful past and finding hope, joy, and love in the future.

The Other Brother by Carole Towriss
A sweet story about an older brother, Marc that has always been in his younger brother, Mike’s, shadow.  But Mike never flaunted the attention and so they were the best of friends.  Mike and Marc own a company together, but when Mike suddenly dies in a car crash, Marc is not so sure the store will go on without Mike.  Marc now also is taking care of his sister-in-law and her preemie baby with the help of Nurse Kendall.  Family, love, romance, this story is filled with heartwarming moments that readers will love.  This is a story that will stay with readers long after they turn the last page.

A Hero for Heather by Marion Ueckermann
Paxton has made some mistakes, one of which is running away and spending his inheritance.  He is beaten and left on the streets where Heather finds him.  Heather’s kindness warms a place in Paxton’s heart.  Can this be more than friendship, but maybe love.  A sweet story of love and redemption.  Readers will enjoy this touching story.
