About the Book
Lady Jocelyn Ashburne suspects something is amiss at her family’s castle because her father ceases to write to her. When she overhears a plot to force her into vows—either to the church or a husband—she disguises herself and flees the convent in desperation to discover the truth.
Malcolm Castillon of Berkham is determined to win the next tournament and be granted a manor of his own. After years of proving his worth on the jousting field, he yearns for a life of peace. Rescuing a scrawny lad who turns out to be a beautiful woman is not what he bargained for. Still, he cannot deny that she stirs his heart like no other, in spite of her conniving ways.
Chaos, deception, and treachery threaten their goals, but both are determined to succeed. Learning to trust each other might be the only way either of them survives.

Sherrinda Ketcherside has written a medieval tale of adventure, mystery, and romance in her novel Lord of Her Heart. From page one, readers will come to know the characters through their experiences and hard way of life. This is a story about deceit, lies, and wrong doings and overcoming or conquering them. It’s about falling in love when least expected and overcoming hurt from past relationships to allow for growth and love in a current relationship. Although the story and relationship between the two main characters seems to drag a little bit here and there, this story is engaging, exciting, and romantic. Readers who especially enjoy medieval romance will be fans of this novel.

About the Book
Emma Mitchell may enjoy sprinkling romance into the lives of others, but her own plans involve a single first-class ticket to culinary school in Europe.
When her best friend, Jon Noble, suddenly moves back to Ransom, Emma’s fairly certain her life can’t get any better…until her matchmaking schemes nosedive, her culinary future falls flat, and a life-long friendship begins to teeter on the brink of something unexpected.
With a little inspiration from Jane Austen’s classic and a touch of Blue Ridge charm, will Jon and Emma discover that what they need the most may be the last thing they’re trying to find?
