Mystery, crime, thieves in the night, Pinkertons, and of course swoony romance. This story has it all. Readers will enjoy the story of Bow Street Runner Nathaniel Denning and Verity Travers, the daughter of a famous actress and part of high society working separately and then eventually together to solve a mystery and a crime.  Excellently written with plenty of excitement, suspense and of course swooning, readers will not want to put this fast paced, charming romantic suspense down!!!
